Installation Supervisors
Installation Supervisors take overall responsibility for the day-to-day activities of subcontractors working on construction site, they plan, and coordinate installation works and methods in cooperation with Site managers. Installation supervisors are also responsible for maintaining the correct quality of installation and most importantly, ensure the installation was done as per manufacturer’s installation manuals. Energale’s Installation supervisors will also take care of:
Supervise and guide the installation teams.
Prepare and maintain the turbine documentation.
Coordinate work of several teams on-site and conduct daily toolbox meetings.
Participate in the planning of daily activities on-site with subcontractors; cranes, transports, and manpower.
Daily updates to Site & Project Management: site status, progress and documentation.
Handle return goods as well as ordering spare parts and tools.
Mobilise and de-mobilise site.
